Booking your appointment

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients, EDB Clinic has established the following booking policy: When scheduling your appointment, please ensure that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to complete any necessary paperwork. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. The EDB Clinic understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, EDB Clinic requires at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your Consultation Fee and will be non refundable. The Consultation Fee is required to secure your appointment. Any subsequent payment for treatment is due at the time of service. The EDB Clinic accepts various payment methods, including cash and bank transfer. The EDB Clinic expects all clients to maintain respect and courtesy. Any form of rude, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services. Additionally, please follow any pre-procedure instructions provided to ensure the best possible outcome. Please inform EDB Clinic of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the procedure, and provide accurate and complete information about your health history and current condition. It is important to inform EDB Clinic of any ear-related issues, such as infections, pain, or recent surgeries. During the procedure, you will be required to keep your head still for optimal results. If you experience any discomfort or unusual symptoms, please inform the practitioner immediately. The EDB Clinic encourages you to ask questions and express any concerns you may have prior to the procedure. Please follow all post-procedure care instructions to ensure proper healing and optimal results. If you have any questions or experience any issues after the procedure, do not hesitate to contact us.
