Micro-suction can be used when irrigation is not possible due to medical history. This procedure requires the head to maintain still throughout. Micro-Suction can be noisy process, if you have any sensitivity to sound, please make this known.

Why chose ear care?
Appropriate ear cleaning is an essential aspect of maintaining ear health and hygiene. While earwax, also known as cerumen, plays a vital role in protecting the ear canal by trapping dust and debris and preventing infection, excessive build-up can lead to discomfort, hearing difficulties, and even infections.
Despite common beliefs, ear cleaning should be approached with caution, as improper methods can damage the delicate structures of the ear and lead to further complications. Understanding the safest and most effective ways to clean your ears, including when to seek professional help, is crucial for preserving your hearing and overall ear health.
The Vital role of Ear Care
Ear care and hearing loss from wax build up, can affect one of the 5 main senses which provides harmonious functioning in our lives. A small change or problem with the ears can cause changes in our cognitive processing, communication, connection and engagement in our quality of life.
Communication: Hearing is essential for effective communication. It allows us to understand spoken language, engage in conversations, and connect with others. This ability to communicate verbally is fundamental to building relationships, expressing thoughts, and participating in social activities.
Learning and Education: Hearing is crucial for learning, especially in educational settings. It allows us to listen to instructions, participate in discussions, and absorb information through lectures and multimedia. Hearing also plays a significant role in language development and literacy in children.
Emotional and Social Connections: Sound enriches our emotional and social experiences. Hearing the tone and emotion in voices helps us understand and empathize with others, strengthening our relationships and sense of belonging. Music, laughter, and other sounds also bring joy and comfort to our lives.
Cognitive Health: Hearing contributes to cognitive processes such as memory, attention, and problem-solving. Good hearing can help maintain cognitive function, while untreated hearing loss can lead to social isolation and cognitive decline over time.
Safety and Awareness: Hearing alerts us to our surroundings and potential dangers. It helps us detect sounds such as approaching vehicles, alarms, or someone calling for help, enabling us to respond quickly and appropriately to protect ourselves and others.
